The Belgian Beer Cafe is located in the Radisson Blu hotel on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I was staying at the Yas Viceroy and attended a large defense conference in Abu Dhabi. The Belgian Beer Cafe was only a 15 min walk from my hotel but I decided to use a cab because I wasn’t sure how the sidewalk situation was between both hotels. I visited on a MON and they had a beer/slider special for 125 Emirati Dirham which was about $34 (Sliders & Hops Monday). I had Leffe Brune so you are looking at about 5-6 beers + 8 sliders. Pretty good deal. They had other Belgian beers on draft and in bottles. I have been to the UAE before and they don’t typically have a large beer selection. Mostly European beers and because of the alcohol rules, you can only drink in hotels. You also cannot purchase alcohol at a store without a license. Kind of strange and probably one of the things I don’t really like about the UAE but there are lots of things to see in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Definitely should visit.
