I have had their Category 3 IPA in Tampa before. Must have have been at a craft beer event at Curtis Hixon park. It is a really good IPA. You can tell these guys have been in business for awhile. They have several flagship beers they can and their tasting room is within the brewery. I asked the server what I should try based on what was on tap. He suggested the Mariana Trench Stout (which is not always available), Category 5 DIPA, Hopicana Orange Rye IPA and the Caramel Cream Ale. They were all very good. The caramel cream was nice because it had a great caramel flavor but wasn’t too sweet. Untapp’d checkins’ are noted below.
