I was visiting customers in Germany the week of March 2nd and took them to MotorWorld in Sindelfingen (outside of Stuttgart) to check out the museum and have dinner at the Wichtel brewery and restaurant. I have been to this brewpub and the museum in the past. It is in the “Mercedes” factory area of Stuttgart and MotorWorld has lots of classic and new high end vehicles that you can check out prior to dinner. There is also a V8 Hotel with car themed rooms. I have never stayed here because I usually stay with friends when in the Stuttgart area but it looks like a great spot. You can find out more about the hotel at: http://www.v8hotel.de/.
This area also has Harley Davidson store/restaurant in this area as well as Maserati, Lamborghini and McLaren dealerships. The place to go if you love cars.
The Wichtel brewery has pizzas and traditional German food on their menu. We ordered some German cheeses and white sausages for an appetizer and then ordered pizzas for dinner. I had the white sauce with sauerkraut, sausage and gnocchi noodles. Sounds weird but was really good. Think it would have been better without the gnocchi noodles.

I started with the Marzen and then went for the Pils. All pretty good beers and a great spot for dinner. Great spot to see cars, drink beer and eat German food. What could be better. For more info check out. http://www.wichtel.de/englisch/start.php
