I have had Biloxi Brewing Companies beers at local bars in Ocean Springs and Biloxi Mississippi but finally had a chance to make it to the brewery. I am a sucker for breweries. If you are familiar with Biloxi, the brewery is just north of the Beau Rivage (probably a 5 min walk) and north of the Shuckers baseball stadium. We stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree hotel which was also probably a 5 min walk.
We stopped in on a SAT afternoon and I got a 5-beer taster paddle to try some of the beers I have never had before. My Untapp’d checkins’ are shown below:
My favorite was the Libre De Mojito which had a nice mint taste to it. I thought it was going to be too sweet but it was pretty refreshing. I also liked the Salty Dog. Check out their website for more info and stop in if you are in the Biloxi area. https://www.biloxibrewing.com/
