The  Temple Bar in Dublin, Ireland is definitely a must visit spot if you are ever in Dublin. Established in 1840 so it has lots of character.  I heard a statistic (not verified) that Dublin has one bar for every 100 people that live in Dublin.  I think I believe that based on all the ones we sampled.  The Temple Bar is huge and had several bars, entertainment and even sell their own Irish Whiskey.  The crazy thing about Dublin is I think there are more American tourists in the Dublin than actually locals.  It is very easy to travel out of the Dublin Airport because they have US Customs/Immigration allowing you to check your bags all the way thru and no passport control when you arrive in the US.  Just like flying in on a domestic flight.  So if you are going to Dublin, make the Temple Bar your first stop but don’t make this the only pub you visit because there are several (just search Dublin on Bobsbeerblog-I should have them all up by the end of June 2018).  Check out their website for more info: https://www.thetemplebarpub.com/
