This brewery was established in 1466 so it is definitely one of the oldest in town. There is a restaurant on the first floor, brewery upstairs and also a hotel. We did have food here and it was pretty good. They brew several beers but we just had the 1466. I have copied the various beers from their website:
I also noticed from their website that you can brew your own beer there. You brew a 50L batch and get it in 4 weeks. Sounds like a great experience. I would definitely do this if I lived in Prague.
