Fillin’ Station – Biloxi, MS – USA

We spent the weekend in Biloxi, MS because my mother in-law lives in Ocean Springs, MS.  My wife grew up in this area and we love to visit for the great seafood which surprisingly is quite a bit better than what we can get here in Tampa, FL.  We did a small pub crawl in Biloxi because I haven’t visited many “non-Casino” bars in Biloxi.  Our last stop was the Fillin’ Station which appears to be an old gas station converted to a bar (hence the name of course).  They had a decent craft beer selection and also served food.  We had some drinks and also shared some crawfish nachos.  I love the fact that they heat the nachos (one of our pet peeves when we get nachos is toppings on cold chips).  Wasn’t really a big fan of the sweet/spicy sauce which was kind of like a thousand island dressing (ketchup/mayo).  I think salsa would have been better but I am sure maybe the locals prefer this sauce because it says on their menu that the nachos are award winning.  Enough about the nachos.  I would highly recommend this great spot in Biloxi for food and craft beer.  There were several motorcycles on the SAT night we visited so definitely biker friendly.  Check it out the next time you are in Biloxi.  Here is the website link for more info: https://www.fillinstationbiloxi.com/
