I was in LA last week for a conference and had some time to kill before my flight so decided to have lunch and a beer at the Venice Ale House. This place is located right at Venice beach and if you sit outside you can people watch the people walking on the Venice beach walkway. You also have a great view of the beach. This spot has a great selection of craft beer and farm to table ingredients so they also have great food. I had their BLT which had avocado and chipotle mayo and was awesome. I was driving so just had a pint of the Saint Archer Brewing Company’s Gose. Pretty good and not fruity or too sour. I rated it a 3.25 on Untapp’d. They also do tasters that come out on skateboards (so fitting). Stop in for a pint and some great food the next time you are at Venice beach. http://www.venicealehouse.com/
