My wife is a manufacturing consultant and has a customer in the Boca Raton area so I sometimes join her and work from the hotel. We usually stay in the Delray Beach area which is great because there are lots of great restaurants and bars. One of our favorite bars is the Bull Bar on Atlantic Avenue. The Bull Bar is usually our first stop after dropping our bags at our hotel. We love Mick the bartender from New Zealand and they don’t serve food so you can smoke inside. If hungry, you can order take-out from Rok-Burger next door. They have 4 draft beers, several bottle beers and a great liquor selection. They have a stage but we have never been there for any bands but did attend on a TUE for trivia. When I checked it out on Yelp it is listed under “dive” bars but I would say it is more of an upscale dive bar (it is Delray Beach).
