This was one of our favorite spots in Prague. Very close to Old Town square and across from the wax museum. We stopped here our first night for a few pints. They are the oldest brewery/restaurant in Prague dating back to the 15th century. They have three beers: Light Lager, Semi-Dark Lager, and Dark Lager. All very good. We did not eat here but they do have food. We were there on brewing day which was nice. Love the hoppy/malty smell of beer brewing. Check out their website for more info: https://www.pivovarusupa.cz/en/. I have added a couple videos I posted on my Bobsbeerblog Twitter account while I was there.
