This is a great spot for a beer, food and snorkeling. They have a ladder to take you safely into the water to snorkel with tarpon and to swim out to the wreck Cali (which is only about 30 yards out). We had lunch the first full day we were there. I had the snapper sandwich and it was great. We came in for their pirates week festival since we are in a pirate krewe in Tampa. It was our third trip to the Caymans for this event. Not much of a beer selection at Rackam’s but they did have Caybrew (local brewery) in bottles. I have noted my Untapp’d checkin’s below:
