Hop City is located in the Krog St. Market in Atlanta. They have a craft beer bar and craft beer store with a large selection of beer/wine/ciders. We stopped in for a couple of beers before having dinner. Krog St. market has fast food and sit down restaurants. You can find out more about Krog St. Market via their website at http://www.krogstreetmarket.com/. It is a retail and dining spot built in a 1920’s warehouse. This is a great spot for beer and food. At Hop City I had a Ballast Point Grunion Pale Ale that I rated a 3.75 on Untapp’d. This was a great Pale with lots of hops. You can find out more about Hop City at http://hopcitybeer.com/?pg=8.
After our beer we had dinner at the Luminary and had a great asparagus soup with snails and mushrooms. I combined that with a cheese tray and an IPA. Great French restaurant but still casual. Check out the Krog Street Market the next time you are in Atlanta.
