Zydeco Brew Werks just opened this weekend in Ybor City, FL. Great to see a New Orleans themed brewery in a beautiful historic building in Ybor. They do have a full menu inspired by New Orleans classics. We didn’t eat but they do have: flatbreads from $12-$16, Gumbo $13, Shrimp & Grits $12, Muffaletta $16 just to name a few. Specialty drinks like their Zydeco Hurricane or NOLA Mule were $8.50 and their 46 Old Fashioned was $12.25. Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon were $12.25 by the glass and Riesling was $8.00. I wanted to try as many beers as I could so I just did 4oz tasters which were priced from $1.50 to $2.00 which is really good. I have noted my Untapp’d Checkin’s below:
My favorite was their Whybor IPA which was a collaboration between Tampa Bay Brewing, Coppertail and Zydeco. Great hop flavor. You should definitely check this place out the next time you are in Ybor. Like them on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Zydecobrewwerks/
