The Spezial-Keller overlooks Bamberg. It has a very nice beer garden and we had some of the best pork I have ever had in Germany. Roasted pork shoulder with crispy skin. Food, beer and the view was great. We just drank a Pilsner but I have also had their Rauchbier at the hotel. Bamberg is well known for smoked beer called Rauchbier.
